Lisap Splasher Activator 5 vol. (1.5%) is designed to be mixed with Lisap Splasher multifunctional dye. Suitable for toning pre-lightened hair. Promotes the deposition of cosmetic color, making it brighter, shinier and more saturated. It has the consistency of a creamy emulsion. Contains 1.5% hydrogen peroxide, a high concentration of lanolin alcohols and glycerin. The last two components provide protection and hydration to the hair and scalp during the dyeing process. They soften the aggressive effect of the alkaline paint solution, make the coloring process more pleasant and safe.
